Factory of office products

As part of the national project «Labor Productivity and Employment Support», our specialists were trained at the site «Office Process Factory» of the regional competence center.
Training participants gained practical experience in applying lean manufacturing tools in office processes
and learned:
• build office processes as oriented as possible to external and internal clients,
• reduce the time of office processes at least 3 times.
We thank the regional center of competence in the field of labor productivity in the Novosibirsk region for their work and look forward to further fruitful cooperation.
